Cancellation Policy

At ElleVisa, we are committed to providing professional and timely immigration consultation services. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. All consultations must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting our office. A confirmation email with the meeting details will be sent after your booking is completed. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Missed appointments without prior notice (no-shows) may require rebooking. Consultations are conducted via Zoom by default. If you prefer a phone consultation, please indicate this when booking. Please join your Zoom meeting or be available by phone at least 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.
